Hike Deer Ridge & Blue Mountain

Meet and carpool from the North Viking Park and Ride at 7 am.
Hike the Deer Ridge Trail to Blue Mountain, elevation 6007 feet. Be prepared for up to 12 miles roundtrip, 3400 feet of elevation gain, and snow travel. Final destination and distance will depend on conditions the day of the outing.
Bring your 10 Essentials and traction devices (such as microspikes). Snowshoes may be needed depending on conditions. Trailhead elevation is 2600 feet. A NW Forest Pass or America the Beautiful Pass is required in each car. We will be crossing into Olympic National Park, so no pets are allowed.
