Fort Worden Beach Hike

Celebrate the New Year with a PWC tradition! This will be a leisurely, social hike about 4 miles. The hike follows the bluffs overlooking Puget Sound, and returns along the beach. If the weather is bad or the tide is too high, we return via the Japanese Gardens. Bring lunch, warm layers, and a windproof shell. Champagne toast is of course optional!

If you want to carpool, we will meet at the North Viking Park & Ride and leave PROMPTLY at 9:45. Or you can meet us at the parking lot by the Fort Worden State Park Beach campground (near the Point Wilson Lighthouse). A Discover Pass is required for each vehicle and can be purchased from a kiosk at the park.
