Join us on a 3-5 mile loop in Newberry Hill Heritage Park. The Japanese and Koreans both use ‘Forest Immersion’ as a treatment for maladies ranging from depression to hypertension. Studies show that regular walks in the forest have a therapeutic benefit, over any other place yet tested.
What: 4-5 Miles Easy Hike on well groomed trails.
When: Sunday 11 am

Meet at the Kiosk near the Big K.

Turn into school from Newberry Hill Rd, on the right is a huge letter K. There is parking on both sides of the road and a kiosk with park info and usually paper maps.
