Spring Arizona Trail Backpacking Trip

Arizona desert section supported backpacking along the AZT (NOBO) for an approximate 6-day 68-mile backpack. Starting at Patagonia, AZ. (S. East of Tucson) to Colossal Cave, AZ. Plan for flight to Tucson and car rental to Patagonia and return flight from Phoenix. Approximately 12-14 miles hikes/day. Minimum required 3 hikers with each hiker alternating as support shuttle driver and/or “Trail Angel”. Support drivers can do day hikes along AZT. Passages listed as “ strenuous to easy difficulty”.
