Come hike the Columbia River Gorge with award winning guidebook author, Craig Romano.
Drawing from his new release, Day Hiking Columbia River Gorge second edition, Craig will be
sharing tales from the trails from Washington’s Silver Star Scenic Area to Oregon’s Cottonwood
Canyon State Park. The new second edition is updated and greatly expanded including more than
35 new destinations for a total of 125 hikes. Many of the new additions are trails less traveled
and not covered in other guides. Craig will be covering trails in the Yacolt Burn State Forest,
Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Trapper Creek Wilderness, Monte Cristo-Monte
Carlo Area, and several state parks, trails and preserves on the eastern flank of the Gorge.
