The PWC Presents: Kilimanjaro

Bob Brooks and Steve Dikowski planned to climb Kilimanjaro in 2020,
but COVID canceled everything.   By the time it was ok to travel
again, Bob and Steve had inspired a few more of their fellow Kitsap
Monday Hikers to join the plan.  In September, 2023, Bob, Steve,
Sandy, Karen, Jane, Jim, Mark, Paul and Priscilla landed at the
Kilimanjaro airport, explored Arusha, Marangu, and Moshi, then started
the 8-day Lemosho Route to the top (elevation 19,341 feet) of
Kilimanjaro.

Spoiler alert:  All made it back alive to share photos
and tell their stories.
