Victoria on a budget

Grab your passport, we’re taking the Black Ball Ferry over to Victoria Friday at the time of your choosing, 8:20, 12:45, 5:15. Black Ball also offers ferry and accommodations packages.
Book your accoms in town in order to meet in town and we’ll catch the bus to Buchart Gardens for a walkaround on Saturday. After returning to town, go roaming in one of the many parks such as Beacon Hill, or shop at MEC, which is REI in English.
Climb at Crag’s Climbing Gym and play budget at Ocean Island Inn Backpacker‘s right next door.
Sunday morning catch the bus to Mount Douglas and get a view of the Orcas and the entrance to the Inland Passage.
